Born in Northern Ontario with cerebral palsy, Ahren is a mute comedian who uses his phone to deliver jokes. Ahren has over 800,000 followers and uses his platform to spread positive messages and comedy.

Comedy Church is one part stand-up comedy show (eg. The Standups, The Comedy Lineup), one part late-night interview (eg. The Late Show, Conan), and one part satirical church service (eg. The People’s Temple of the Disciples of Christ).

Comedy Church is hosted by Greg Kyte and Adam Broud. Both of them used to be insanely religious people but are now faithless and destined to burn in hell. In the long term, it’s kind of a bummer. But in the short term, it makes for a pretty good comedy show.

Each Comedy Church show features new comedians as well as religious topics. Although Adam and Greg are atheists, they’re not the a-hole type. For instance, interviews focus on comedically learning about guests’ experiences rather than trying to find “gotcha” moments regarding religion. To emphasize this, past guests have included people of diverse backgrounds and members of various faiths.

• The All Star Champion: The winner earns ten minutes to close out the night and claim the Comedy Rumble: All Stars crown.

Xazmin Garza is a stand-up comedian, actor, and writer living in Arizona. She is a finalist on Max’s “Second Chance Stage" talent competition, which premiered in November 2024, three years after her TV debut on the HBO original special “Comedy Chingonas.” She has toured with Roy Wood Jr. and was a Funniest Stand Up Finalist in the prestigious New York Comedy Festival in 2019.

​Xazmin had a supporting role in “Cramming” a short film that won the audience award at the Brooklyn Film Festival. She has been selected to perform in the Laughing Skull, 10,000 Laughs, and Limestone Comedy Festivals—among many others.  Xazmin started comedy in Boston before taking her talent to New York, where she was a paid regular at clubs throughout the city.

​Before comedy, she worked as a columnist in Las Vegas and grew up in Utah.  Xazmin moved to Arizona in 2023 to care for her mom, Sylvia, who has dementia.

Alaina Hirschi is afraid of changing lanes on the highway and confrontation (so relatable). She decided to be a standup comedian when she graduated from BYU unmarried and needed a last-minute “Plan B” for her life. Alaina is originally from the Seattle area and is a writer and life-long lover of jokes. A local up-and-comer, she loves entertaining Salt Lake with her dry and slightly absurd observational style. Alaina has opened for several fan-favorite comedians such as Ryan Hamilton, Maria Bamford, and Atsuko Okatsuka.

Ryan Erwin is a ray of absolute sunshine! Originally from Brigham City Utah he now makes Brooklyn New York his home. He travels the country performing for colleges, corporate events, cruises and comedy clubs. He has been featured on DryBar Comedy with his first special (Vertical Claps) debuting in 2019 and his second special (The Shape of Wear) was released in April 2024.

He got his start at Wiseguys Comedy Club in Utah and moved to Raleigh North Carolina where he regularly performed at Goodnights Comedy Club and the Raleigh Improv. Sureni Weerasekera is a Sri Lankan-born, San Diego-raised, & New York-based stand-up comedian, actor, and writer. She was recently announced as a performer on 2024 Netflix is a Joke “Introducing…” showcase. She is known for her lighthearted, conversational banter to her ruthless, dark jabs. She has performed at New York Comedy Festival, San Francisco Sketchfest, Desi Comedy Festival, Oakland Comedy Festival, and Silicon Valley Pride Festival.
